These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit or make a purchase from koraamsterdam.com (the “Site”). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Our service promise

We aim to keep things simple: clear product info, secure checkout, and support when you need it. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your statutory consumer rights.

3) Eligibility

To shop with us, you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract and provide accurate checkout information.

4) Products & availability

We do our best to display products accurately (photos, descriptions, pricing). Minor differences in color/appearance can happen due to screens, lighting, or production variations. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5) Prices, taxes & payment

• Prices are shown on the Site in EUR unless stated otherwise.

• Taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

• Payments are processed by trusted payment providers. We don’t store full card details.

6) Orders, confirmation & cancellations

• After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that we accepted it.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example: suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock/fulfilment issues). If we cancel after you’ve paid, you’ll be refunded.

• Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible before an order enters processing/fulfillment.

7) Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times (if shown) are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs, or peak periods. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

8) Returns & refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and damaged/incorrect items are handled. It forms part of these Terms. (EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, with certain exceptions.)

9) Defects & legal guarantee

If your product is defective or not as described, you may have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable consumer law. Under EU rules, sellers are liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years (and in some cases longer depending on local law).
