During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included in that email.
Address changes & delivery issues

If you notice an error, contact info@koraamsterdam.com immediately. If the order is already in processing/shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, you may need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
For shipments outside the EU (or where applicable), customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your local authorities. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, missing, or damaged packages
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, email info@koraamsterdam.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos of the packaging/item. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you on the best solution.
