Ordering & Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account can make reordering and tracking easier.

How do I choose the right size?

Use the Size Guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Still unsure? Email info@koraamsterdam.com with your measurements + product link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email info@koraamsterdam.com immediately with your order number. If the order is already in processing, changes/cancellation may not be possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email what now?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, email info@koraamsterdam.com and we’ll confirm your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country.

Do you offer discount codes?

Sometimes. If we run a promo, we’ll share it through our channels. Typically, one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Can I edit my shipping address after ordering?

Only if the order hasn’t entered processing yet. Email info@koraamsterdam.com ASAP with your correct address.

Do you offer gift cards?

If gift cards are available, you’ll find them in our store. If you don’t see them, email info@koraamsterdam.com.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, email info@koraamsterdam.com.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery times vary by destination. You’ll see estimated delivery info at checkout (where available). Please note: delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carriers, customs, and peak periods.

Will I get tracking?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included.

My tracking hasn’t updated, should I worry?

Not usually. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If it hasn’t changed after a few days, email info@koraamsterdam.com and we’ll check it.

Do I have to pay customs/import fees?

For some international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Check around your delivery location, neighbors/housemates, or a safe place first. If it’s still missing, email info@koraamsterdam.com and we’ll help you with the next steps.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?

Can I request a custom order?

It depends on the product and availability. Send your request to info@koraamsterdam.com and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

Are items restocked?

Some items return, some don’t. If you’re waiting on something, email info@koraamsterdam.com and we’ll let you know.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused/unworn, clean, and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email info@koraamsterdam.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to place a new order for the right item and return the original.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund to the same payment method used at checkout. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
