Ordering
What size should I buy?
Check the Size Guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. Still unsure? Email info@koraamsterdam.com with your measurements (and the product link), and we’ll help you pick the best fit.
Can I cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible before your order enters processing/fulfillment. If you need to cancel, email info@koraamsterdam.com immediately with your order number—if it’s still possible, we’ll confirm it right away.
What if I want to speak to someone?
No problem email info@koraamsterdam.com with your question (and order number if you have one). We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carriers, customs, and peak periods.
What shipping providers do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers selected based on your destination. The exact carrier will be shown in your tracking link once your order ships.
Eft! My package was lost, stolen, or damaged!
Email info@koraamsterdam.com with your order number and we’ll help immediately.
Damaged: include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Lost/Missing: we’ll help you check tracking and start an investigation if needed.
Marked delivered but not received: check around your address/neighbors first, then message us and we’ll guide you through next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you’ll love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned clean, unworn/unused, and in original condition.
How do I start a return?
Email info@koraamsterdam.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
We’ll send you the correct return instructions and return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct 1:1 exchanges. If you want a different size or style, the fastest option is to place a new order and return the original item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you to the same payment method used at checkout. Refund timing can vary by bank/provider, but it usually appears within a few business days after processing.
My item arrived damaged/defective or wrong what now?
Contact info@koraamsterdam.com within 10 days of delivery (and no later than 30 days) with your order number + photos. In most cases, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
