Refund policy


If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it fast and fair. You can return eligible items, and once approved, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

Returns (Cooling-off period)

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery (EU cooling-off period).

  • Kora extra service: you can register a return up to 30 days after delivery.
    After registering, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and (where reasonable) in the original packaging with all parts included. If an item is returned in a reduced condition, a value reduction may be deducted where applicable.

How to start a return

Email info@koraamsterdam.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We’ll reply with the correct return instructions and address.

Return shipping costs

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll refund you to the same payment method you used.

  • If you return the entire order, we also refund the standard outbound shipping cost (express upgrades aren’t refundable).

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after you notify us of withdrawal; we may wait until we receive the return or you provide proof of shipment.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@koraamsterdam.com within 10 days of delivery (and no later than 30 days) with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
In most cases we’ll provide a free replacement (or a refund if replacement isn’t possible).

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing/fulfillment. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
